When you first arrive, plan to be seen 20 minutes later than when you scheduled your interview. While I am not certain if this is a company wide method of weeding people out or if it was only the locations I was interviewed at, but it was fairly consistent for my 15+ interviews while working within the brand across multiple states and with various leadership. After your initial interview which will consist of 5 in depth questions you will be invited back to interview with the General Manager.
