First phone interview very easy. Second interview with department manager, you need to impress. Third interview with general manager and then you're hired. If the general manager likes you youre hired. they have a basic set of 6 questions that they ask. Prepare behavioral questions.

The 1st Interview consisted of a packet that ask questions regarding circumstances. For example: "Tell me a time when you went the mile for a customer or person"? Or "Tell me a situation where the customer had a problem, what was the outcome and what did you do"? I would say to make sure to write down or think of times before the interview when these situations might happen. Also think of reasons why working at Best Buy interests you. They will ask, "Tell me about yourself"? Make sure you express that you work GREAT with teams and give examples.
