They bring you in for two interviews. The first one is a normal interview asking questions about your past work history and how well you would do under certain circumstances. If they like your first interview they will ask you to do a second one. The second interview is about the same as the first but with different managers. After you get selected to work there you will have to pass a background and drug test.
