It was a video interview, there were 8 questions. They gave you 2 minutes to answer each question. There was a 10 second timer for you to read the question. And a 3, 2, 1 countdown for the 2 minutes.
They have you do a video interview where you have about 10 seconds to read the question and think about how you'll answer it before they automatically start recording your answer. And you cannot go back and re-record your answer if you don't really like how you answered.

Very simple, met with the manager and had a 20 minute conversation about customer service and staying up to date with technology. One example of a question asked was: "How would you approach a customer who is unfamiliar with the technology they are looking at?"
