Interview
I applied online and was called back about 2-3 days later. The interview was scheduled for about a week later and went great. The department head was very nice and laid back. After the interview he went to find the general manager to do my second interview the same day. Unfortunately he/she was not there. I spent the next month and a half calling the department head who either planned an the interview or promised to call me later. The interviews always planned through and no matter how much I called, he seemed to never call back when he promised. Eventually the position got filled up and I was passed up.

Interview
I did a brief phone interview which consisted of mainly availability questions and when I could come in for a in person interview. I didn't even consider it an interview.
I then went in for a in person interviw with a Dept manager. He asked me:

Describe a situation when you used teamwork to achieve a goal. And how did you know you achieved the goal?
Describe a situation where you went above and beyond to meet a customers needs?
