I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Best Buy (Anderson, SC) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview only lasted maybe 15 minutes. I was asked basic interview questions. Like tell me about yourself and what’s your availability. There were maybe 2 sort of career related real life scenarios questions as well.

Interview
Got a call for an interview at the location I applied for. Interview was fairly simple. Had 2-3 interviews to get to meet the managers at the location. Interview was in person and was a conversation while they wrote your responses to the questions.

Question 1
Get to know you questions. Why do you want this job. How did you hear about this job. Some scenario questions. (How would you reply to a angry customer for example) What makes you a valuable member to the team. What are your strengths and weaknesses.

Interview
Met with GM they asked you questions about sales and how you would sell things. It was pretty basic to be honest. They made you sing over the PA system , which I thought was ridiculous , but it's to see if you're willing to do silly "fun" things.
