Meeting with a leader who asked various questions about background and customer service. Person was friendly but felt rushed. Overall it was a straightforward interview. Only one interview in total.

pretty smooth, consists of a pre screening interview, and if the first person likes you then another interview is conducted by the manager. It was a virtual interview that i got from indeed, you can just apply for the interview, which i think is weird but im not complaining
