Best Buy Sales Associate interview questions

Informal chat. Standard interview including details of past experience in retail and how have dealt with conflict. Also bought along favourite movie and was asked to describe why it was my favourite.

The interview process is typical for this type of role, at least my limited experience. I would say the process was a bad experience for me because: only 1 interviewer in a giant store, so 3-hour wait; interview was on site with a lot of distractions, distracted interviewer.
