Interview
Asked questions about customer advice and helping an upset customer. They look for honesty and integrity in those answers. When asked about how much you think your service can be valued for hourly pay, be honest. There's no right or wrong answer.
Can be difficult if you think too much about the answer and not being straightforward about your honest reply to a situation.
Two interviews
First, with the manager talking about your background and asking questions
The second one with the GM, this is good means you will get hired
Overall, just be yourself and if you don't know something that's okay you will learn eventually on the job
Sitting at a table talking nothing special. It didn’t seem like they were too interested in me but yet still got hired in the spot. Overall it was a very neutral process
