Best Buy Sales Associate interview questions

I asked the interviewer how Best Buy's transition to a warehouse and delivery model would effect employee's roles and job responsibilities. His answer: "We're replacing the old with the younger generation." He then ended the interview. Sounded like discrimination against older workers. And from a visual survey of the ages of employees in the store looks like there's no age diversity at Best Buy.

This was a very intense and painful interview, the position was minimum wage and just full of behavioral questions that did not seem relevant to the position at hand, it sounded like they were reading the questions from a que card and it was not personal at all.
