You will have two interviews a simple meet with manager or Department supervisor and a follow up. most positions are entry level so they are often watching your interview/verbal communication skills and behaviors. The first part of the interview the manager said to relax and just speak freely and candidly as possible and talk about interests and just get comfortable talking. Then, after that small talk he asked standard sales position questions. Relaxed laid back and comfortable interview.
