Asked me mainly about my previous work experience and responsibilities. Asked me about challenges I faced in my previous work, and how I solved the issues. Asked me for my availability, and what positions I'm able to work as. Nothing too difficult or out of the ordinary.

not hard but come prepared , could be a panel or 1 on 1 interview with a supervisor followed by a 2nd interview with a sales manager. Not hard but you should have your resume and research sales questions with responses to have some ideas on how to answer them. Customer service questions are very useful as well since this is the job in a nut shell, service and sales.
