Best Buy Sales Associate interview questions

It was on a day of walk in interviews. Being next to a college town, this was a perfect opportunity to get my foot in the door. Sat down with the Assistant manager and talked breifly for 10 minutes, then interviewed with the GM for another 15 minutes

The interview process is divided into 3 steps. You first apply through your website, or hand-in your cv to the desired store. One week later, you will receive an interview phone call. The person will ask a series of questions about your past jobs, and how you handle customer services. If the phone interview went well, you will be asked to come in-store and have an interview with one of the three managers of the store. If you pass it, you will be hired.
