When dealing with a customer complaint, how far do you support Best Buy policies and when do you breach them?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Bloomington, MN) in Oct 2009
Interview
Offered not accepted due to income reqmts
they kept me waiting over an hour on two of my interviews - i thought the hr and vp were somewhat unprofessional - they appeared uninterested in what they were doing and removed from any sort of personalities - they treated me like a number - i would have serious concerns if i accepted this position.
my gut reaction was that something else was happening there - an i was right when they had layoffs a few weeks after the job offer-negotiations were not accepted - there was something "odd" about the process-glad i didn't take it-took vp position at another employer with weekends and nites off - much better. ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR INNER VOICE - IF SOMETHING DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT, ITS NOT!
