The interview process was straightforward to questions and experience. The interviewee was pleasant to work with and friendly. She was able to go in depth into detail regarding position and what the work is like.

How would you deal with an upset donor?
If it is extremely busy and have a long line of donors, what would you do?
It was a video link sent to your email and you had to take videos on your laptop or phone answering the questions. Pretty simple overall and you had a chance to re do the video 4 times
