First I had a phone interview with the assistant manager. Then I scheduled a face to face interview with the center manager. I'm not sure if they checked references. When I walked into the center I was greeted by a lot of employees standing at the front desk. They were all nice, but it was a little overwhelming. I didn't have to wait around for the interview to begin. They had a copy of my resume. it was a pretty standard interview.
