The interview was conducted online via the takeda software. The system gives you 30 seconds to think of your answer before the video begin recording you. One of the questions were: Tell me about a time when you had to analyze information and make a recommendation. What kind of thought process did you go through? What was your reasoning behind your decision?

The interview process lasted approximately 45 minutes. They ask 7 questions in which you have the opportunity to submit the best response. I like the fact that you’re in the comfort of your home where you can be at ease.
