Biolife Plasma Services interview questions

My interview process took 4 interviews over the course of 7 weeks. Everyone I had spoken to was kind, professional, encouraging, and made me feel welcome. That is until I was finally offered a 4th interview. In that communication the Recruiter/Trainer's wording was very strange. She made sure to indicate that she was only "helping" to schedule my interview and while she gave the name of the other interviewer, she failed to mention she was also going to be interviewing me. On its own this was fairly innocuous, if not strange. When the time came for my 4th interview, it started to become clear what the Recruiter/Trainer's mindset was. She was unable to look at me or otherwise be engaged in the with the exception of small glances while actually asking me questions. The other Manger had no problem being a part of the interview. If I had to guess, she was very against me being interviewed for some reason and had already made her decision before meeting me. She couldn't wait to deny me soon enough as I received her condescending email first thing the next morning. Now please keep in mind that this role was a huge pay-cut and I was willing to work this program because of the long-term opportunities. I had said as much in every interview when the topic came up. This did not however deter her from suggesting I start in an entry level position to try to work my way up. Keep in mind that my experience was the ONLY piece of information they 100% had from day one. Lastly, before the interview ended I asked 4 questions. One of which was about the kind of characteristics and traits shared by those who were successful in the role. Both managers immediately said "ability to take feedback and grow". So you can imagine my surprise when after being denied the role my request for feedback was ignored. Don't waste your time. You will not learn anything from the process except whom not to interview with again.

Video chat with questions. Waiting for response after submitted. I have not seen any comments on response time for after the video qualification. Does it take a few days? Will they call if your not picked?
