The interview process compromises of 4-5 phases. 1) HR interview, 2) Technical interview, 3) Trial-day including coding challenges and team lunch, 4) Bar-Raiser interview (conducted at the end of the trial day), 5) optional Culture interview with the team. Each step was clearly explained. The interviewers were professional and there was a pleasant atmosphere for each stage.
