I had three different interviews: the first one with the HR only, on a more general and cognitive level, then a meeting with the team lead and the last step was a more specific interview where I had to discuss a case study.

At the first stage: my background, how I feel about working in groups, my interests and what I liked about the company.
With the case study questions were more specific and business related.
