Very transparent and simple, consisted of interviews and with HR and the Head of Compliance.
Was then notified if I was successful or not but the whole process took place in good speed

Interview
First stage: consisted of sending in my CV and a letter of motivation
Second stage: an interview with HR, it was very friendly and felt more like a get-to-know-you conversation - received an email inviting me to a second interview afterwards
Third stage: an interview with the head of compliance - received a call afterwards from HR offering the position
Overall process was quite quick and very transparent.
