Had a call with a very nice lady in charge of recruitment for legal roles all over Europe. She briefly introduced herself, and invited me to do the same. But then she seemed very confused about the specific position we were discussing, and did not know much about the company - not even typical HR topics: I asked about diversity&inclusion and how important is to Bitpanda, and she simply replied that women account for less than 30%, but D&I is indeed very important to them and they are trying to hire people from other cities in Europe… sic! Had the impression they do not care at all about being inclusive. And some comments here confirm this.
Very vague on compensation components, but the budget she had for the position was far less than my current salary.
