Multi stage process. Various teams and different levels of complexity. HR contact changed multiple times throughout the process making next stage and follow ups challenging. Interviewers themselves were nice, friendly and engaged in a constructive interview process.
Ultimately never heard back despite numerous stages completed. Likely due to HR inconsistency.
Great experience successfully getting through the application procedures to arrive at an interview with wo hiring managers. One seemed positive the other seemed a little more needing to be impressed arriving late and sounding frustrated through out.
First with online test to see if you are good fit for the role. Second is a phone interview regarding background. Final is with two managers; one for your team and the other who is HR. Mostly focused on your background and your motivation for working there and also to see if you are a good fit.
