Interview
Assessment centre consists of a simulation task where you answer customer queries on the Bloomberg terminal.
The next stage is a group task where the group is divided into 2 teams who are given a booklet and one team argues for and against a statement.
After this there is a 2 on 1 interview and finally a sales role play with one of the interviewers.

Interview
I applied online in November 2018. There was 5 rounds in total including a video interview, 2 hour language test on the telephone, assessment day including skills test, group work and two interviews and then a final interview. The team at Bloomberg were really personable and the HR team make you feel really at ease during the assessment day. Before the first interview we were given a pack with made up rental properties. We had to prepare for a sales pitch with the interviewees in which we would act as estate agents and try and sell the homes. The second interview included plenty of technical financial questions in addition to career progression details. Final interview was more like a good chat with a few specific questions on options.

Interview
One round telephonic- very generic and more of a finding out if they've reached the right kind of people. Second round: face to face or video conference: Expect GK questions, general and not very diffucult, read the bloomberg website for the day for sure, A role play for sure.
