Plum assessment once you apply
1.Round one - phone screen to test my language skills, two behavioural questions in my foreign language. Tell me about yourself, why this role, why this company in English.
2. Got to the next round - feedback call from HR
3. Round 2: Interview with team leader and CS rep. Similar questions as above plus 30 min role play. You have to multitask during the role play. Try to familiarize yourself with as many products as possible before. they say its ok if you don't know how a product works and can google it but it costs you time.
4. Got to the next round - feedback call with HR
5. 30min with Regional leader and another senior leader
Similar questions as before. Interview went full 30 min.
6. Got rejected - HR wrote they would call me to tell me why. They never did. disappointing.
Overall the women I interviewed with were nice. I mostly interviewed with white women which makes me question their commitment to diversity. The interview process took 6 weeks so it was pretty long. Therefore it is quiet disappointing that they rejected me without feedback. I know its usual that companies don't give feedback but they wrote in their rejection email that they would. Additionally I had made it to the last round, had a good feeling and every time before when I got feedback from HR it was 99% positive. So it seems like they give you positive feedback even though they think you are unqualified hahah.
Good luck with your interview!
