Bloomberg Customer Support Representative interview questions

The first part of the interview process was easy. After I applied online, I received a Assessment test invitation which was more like a personality test and then after I was invited to do the "video" interview. It was about 6 questions related to customer service role, half in English and half in your language. After 2 weeks they called me for a phone screen and I am waiting to do the in person interview. So far it was easy.
