Bloomberg Equity Research Associate interview questions

First round: phone screen with basic resume stuff Second round: in person. Gave a very basic written test and spent the rest of the time explaining my work experience and my thoughts on the industry. Seemed easy enough, they even told me that they would like me to meet more people the week after. And then, RADIO SILENCE. No rejection emails, no response to followups. Hate this new trend of not letting candidates who interview know where they stand.
