Intense but friendly - first round was on the phone, was quite simple just asked about who the competitors are and about myself and what the business does. Second round was a group day with interview, group tasks like presentations and role plays. Final round interview was 2 on 1.

Very standard questions - they were looking for positive people
Firstly, I have undergone two phone interviews in English and Putonghua respectively. Then, one group interview in English about problem-solving, and an one-on-one interview about customer supports on the same day. If passing the interviews successfully, a final interview with managers will be given. However, I have not passed the assessment.
