I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Hongkong) in May 2017
Interview
I applied online. I was scheduled on a phone interview. The HR was very encouraging and inquisitive. I had to take a bilingual test before the phone interview started. I didn't get the position. The reason I guessed is because I didn't provide solid examples that could illustrate my skills on customer experience thoroughly. Make sure that there are couple of examples on Customer Experience before you have the interview.

Question 1
What do you know about Bloomberg?
Why do you want to join?
Pretty thorough and transparent interview process. Initial screening and then an in person interview after that you will be invited to shadow and meet the team, including the manager and team leader. Be prepared to not only do a case study and explain your answer, but to be re-interviewed in depth with both behavioral and background questions. Overall, a good lesson in interviewing for a large scale corporation.
