The interview process took 1 month. First, you get a phone interview and if you are successful, you are invited for a face-to-face interview. The interviewer was very nice and makes you feel calm from the start. They ask you questions related to why you, why this company, what are your weaknesses, what are your strengths, what motivates you. etc.
