I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
First interview with a recruiter on campus. Asked regular behavioral questions (What do you know about Bloomberg, Why hire you, Walk me through your resume, A time you showed leadership/worked on a team, How would you apply your background/skills here, Tell me about an event in the market, etc).
Took them about 2 months to respond and invited me to Skillman, NJ for a second round interview. (I had about a week to prepare). 2 rounds of interviews, each with two managers at a time. Also asked behavioral questions (except a little more intense) and then got some lunch and a tour of the office. Very nice, but not nearly like the one in NYC.
A week later I got a call for an offer to intern in NJ.

Question 1
Why should we hire you? (And if you say a buzzword or cliches, you're cut off)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
First round was with a team lead which was casual and not technical. Second round was with the head of group and another senior person from a vertical group. I was pleasantly surprised to see all females on all my interview rounds.
The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Princeton, NJ)
Interview
First you do the hirevue, pretty easy nothing special here. If selected there is a Super Day, for that there is a 15 min case study and a 30-40 min behavioral interview during the superday. You also have to do a 30 min data test which is again very easy. If selected panel interview and then a manager interview to get decision. Questions are all behavioral and this position is for data analyst not data sciences.
