I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Singapur) in Jan 2012
Interview
Interview process can differ, but as far as questioning is concerned its relatively standard 'tell me about yourself, why Bloomberg, the role, the field etc.'. Bloomberg wants to see that you truly want to work for Bloomberg and know what you are applying for.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Singapur) in Oct 2015
Interview
I am Malaysian, applied for this role in Singapore. I first had a phone interview, lasted about 10 minutes, and got into the second interview to assess my language (Chinese). In the short phone interview, the interviewer just asked me to run through my CV, and also asked me what do I know about the role. I also asked further questions like what is my future career path in Bloomberg if I started off with this role. Overall experience was good and they were pretty friendly. The follow-up from the HR team was efficient.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
First round was about general market knowledge: What is an IPO?
Second round was more on competencies/motivations: Why I wanted to work at Bloomberg?
Third and final round was about market news and my previous employment: What do I think is going to happen to Greece? Why do I think that?
