Had to write a prompt answering why Analytics and Sales, which is your standard cover letter or interview question. Did not hear back from them after submitting online. In general, this was directed towards new grads, recent grads so each program might vary.

The hiring process was quite helpful, starting from recruitment agents, who explained the potential to develop onto different areas and shadow different languages. Overall, separating language and career interviews helped prepare for both.
