I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY)

First they will call you for a half hour and ask the same questions on the application you submitted. Then there is a superday with around 10 other people and they will give you a tour, an individual interview, a group task and then if they like you they'll ask you to stay for two more interviews in the afternoon

3. Why You
If you get those three, you will be just fine.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Paris) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was a phone interview, arranged three days after I had handed in my CV and all the required documents. At the end of the interview, the interviewer told me that she would give me a schedule for the next interview(face to face interview) but I could not hear anything from the company since then.
I personally think if they do not want to consider a person as a future candidate, they should at least not say that they would send information for the further interview and ignore like this...
The interview lated for about 30mins, and the questionnaires were mainly focused on 'Why Bloomberg' and 'Why sales'. However, there were some questions that I was not familiar with; explaining Bloomberg Tradebook, some finance related ones. One who is applying for this position and willing to work for the company should better well prepare for case questions as well.
The position I applied for was for Japanese, Korean speaker (mainly Asian candidates apply for this position) a sales representative had called me earlier to check my language proficiency; English and Japanese as my mother tongue is Korean. The call came all of sudden, without taking any appointment in advance.
