It starts with a brief introduction of the interviewer and their role. Then they ask a little about yourself and your experience. Then coding part starts. After coding you are allowed to ask questions to the recruiter. This could be about the company their role or the opportunities that you may have in future. It is really a free question for you.

I applied online and then received an email inviting me to book an appointment for a technical skills phone interview screen. They asked a few questions about my CV and then gave me a CS problem to do on HackerRank. It lasted just under an hour.
