I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Jan 2017
Interview
Conducted a video interview as I was not able to fly to London for a face to face interview. The interviewers were very nice and pleasant to talk to. Mostly asked behavioural and competency questions, as well as company focused questions. Walking into the interview, makes sure you know as much as possible about the daily tasks of the job you are applying to and the company itself, including the recent news. That is what my interview was mostly based on. The atmosphere was relatively relaxed and friendly.
I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
The first step was a video interview with 5 questions: why bloomberg, why analytics, what are you following in the market, have you ever sold a product or an idea, where do you see yourself in 3-5 years.
The second one was an on-office interview. It took 4 hours and it included: company's presentation, Terminal shadowing session, office tour, and one-hour interview with Sales TL and Analytics TL. They mostly asked behavioral questions about dealing with a client.
On the 25th of January I will do my last interview. Fingers crossed!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was first given the directions to complete an online recorded interview. I was told by a recruiter that I would be contacted within 5 business days of completing it but i didn't hear back until the 7 or 8th day because the recruiter was on vacation. I then went through a quick phone screen and now am going to super day this week. I feel like the recruiting team could be more effective with communication.
