Bloomberg interview questions

There are two technical interviews, and failing either one stops you from moving forward. Overall, the interviewers were competent and professional, making the experience generally positive and worthwhile for candidates.

There are five rounds, all rounds were online interviews. Starts with an initial technical interview with a software engineer where you talked about your motivations, then work through a coding question on HackerRank, and finish with 5/10 minutes for questions. If successful you are invited to a virtual interview day consisting of three back to back interview: two technical interviews (one harder coding and the other system design) and a behavioral interview with a member of the hiring team. If successful there is a final behavioral round with a Senior Engineer talking about your motivations and past experiences. They tell you if you progress 1 or 2 days after each stage.
