Lengthy and detailed with multiple levels of management. The questions also include some that sound like they're intended to know whether or not you know about the company and its history, not just applying because you see it as a stepping stone to somewhere else.

A version of: You're not experienced enough, why should we hire you? This is almost always used for entry level applicants from what other people have said. There were others that were more specifically about the markets and different financial products.

Interview
Applied online, then went through a video screener, phone interview and in person interview at their NY office. Was a very clunky process. The actual interview was very poor compared to my other interviews with competitors--the questions were very superlative-based and not really about experience.

I was interviewed by my immediate boss and one other person. I'd say there was less attention to my background than stories I've written which is good, I guess.
