asked a few questions about your motivation for sales and passion for finance. interview took online. there are four interviewers there. each will ask questions to you. be prepared to tell how you can sell stuff to people if you do not have any experience in sells.

First got an online assessment which takes about 30-60 minutes, then wait for an email for follow up video interviews. Asked about business visions and regular interview questions. A very pleasant experience.
