I applied online and got a message from a recruiter after a few days to get on a call. In the call I talked a bit about my experience and the recruiter presented the role and the general interview process. I was then scheduled for a coding interiview which I did not pass.
I applied and interviewed with Bloomberg several years previously as well, and my experience was similar, they move quickly, you get scheduled fast and you also get the response fast. In terms of the actual interview questions, it feels a bit like it's up to your luck, you get LeetCode style questions. Several years ago I got dynamic programming, now I got graphs. Having interviewed at various big tech companies, I would say the coding interview is above average difficult.
