45 Minute Phone Screening - Interviewer called at the point agreed upon and asked about my past projects from my resume. Then proceeded to ask me two questions and to implement solutions to them. Afterwards, if I had any questions, I was free to ask in the remaining time we had. Awaiting response for on-site.

A bunch of interviews in two different places with a couple of teams same day. They paid for the cab (to let me reach the second place on time) and paid for my lunch (with one of the team members). From 10 a.m. till 6 p.m.

Find an error in this tone of finance C++ <templates> code without a debugger. It will not reflect your coding skills anyway, because of too stressful environment right now, but whatever, hope you're a lucky guy. You have fifteen minutes while we sitting here watching you
