I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied online, got invited to a phone coding interview with one of their engineers. The phone interview consisted of 2 easy coding questions for which you would code live, the analyse your solution’s complexity using the big O notation, think about improvements. Next, I had a video interview with two engineers, which followed the same patterns as the phone interview. The only difference were that the questions were more difficult. The examiners provide hints, but mines were not great at doing so, or communication in general. Got rejected afterwards, we didn’t have the best interaction.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Feb 2022
Interview
first stage: Phone screen technical interview. it involved a software engineer walking through two coding problems. It is expected that you can answer each question in about 20 mins. Random question pulled from leetcode.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
I had an interview with a developer, we were doing a live session to write code to solve a problem, the question was moderate and I didn't provide a bug free solution. I think I failed it but I never heard back anything from them. I got another offer so I didn't follow up also, but I feel they should at least tell me what's going on rather than fail me silently
