Interview
After taking a similar IQ test, I got a phone interview a week later. The online test is different for a cs major and a non-cs major. A cs major may have a technical test as the first screen, while a non-cs major will take a test mainly logic and small math problems. At the phone interview, first they went a little review of CV and then jumped from C++ problem to problem solving problem since I am not a cs major.

Interview
General interview. Know your C++, algorithms, data structures, pointers, etc. No puzzles. Hash implementation question. I rate this only as a difficult interview because while I thought the interview went well I did not get a call back for that group.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Jul 2007
Interview
Did an online skills test that consisted of STL, Polymorphism, constant, pointers and pointer to a constant, exception handling and namespaces, Usual standard C++ stuff. Anyone doing the test just needs to brush up on there C++, these kind of tests can be easy to pass and easy to fail.
