Bloomberg Team Leader interview questions

Got contacted by recruiter from Bloomberg on Linkedin Who explained the requirement / role and process 1st round with a team lead : This was a screening round to understand more about my experience and passions. Gave in detail view about the team / work . It was mostly him talking and explaining things to ensure i was comfortable . Panel : just one person from the team next step : got an email to check the calender and book slot for the next round I had to reschedule the next round due to internet issues , but they were fine . 2nd round was Hackerrank test : Started with introductions , why bloomberg , and then dive into the tech problem . String based problem , problem was easy but plenty of follow ups by changing the scenarios . Time complexity and Space complexity in each followup . In the end they gave some time for questions . Panel : One SSE who was doing most of the talking with one Team lead who was only observing. 1. I practiced mostly on Leetcode where we are asked to write the function . In my case at Hackerrank i was given clean file where all code for the function & main and class syntax was to be put in . Just be prepared for surprises . In the end possible inputs passed by the panel to check the results . In my case the program was run .
