Applied online and 3 days later received an email asking me to schedule a telephone interview. I submitted a half hour slot when I was available and shortly after received a reply with a more precise 15 minute slot. 2 days after this I had my telephone interview. The call was 15 mins late, which was frustrating as I over ran on my lunch hour at work. It came from their head office rather than the branch office I had applied to work, because of this I felt the call a little impersonal and the questions vague and general. These telephone interviews are only a shortlist narrowing process and unfortunately 3 days later I received an email advising I was unsuccessful.
