      I did not reach the interview phase. The application process takes approx. one hour. After the personal information part, there are an English test and an Italian test (statements in the Italian test were not grammatically correct), after that there is an "operational test" where you are required to handle two different situations with clients, you must choose the best and the worst answer to give to the client to solve the problem, the options are always very similar. At the end you have an attitudinal test of 140 questions, many of them are quite similar and are repeated two or three times in different pages. My application has been rejected with no explanation, so I do not know what is not fine for them, if my resume, the language tests, the operational tests or the attitudinal test. Total waste of time.
