Firstly you attend the language test (depends on which position you applied for: it's always going to be english + language you've applied for). Secondly, group test - we were divided to groups (4 people in each team) and were meant to build a highest possible tower using spaghetti noodles and marshmallows. Last part was generic interview: -tell something about yourself -your previous experience -role play (someone calls reporting overbooking + what do you do?)
