I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was relaxed yet focused and covered the very real skills needed for the job rather than just focus on qualifications and certifications and jargon technical terms. They tested for understanding of the role.

Question 1
How would you handle an environment where the team is transitioning from almost no project governance to more formal governance?
The recruiter rescheduled the interview multiple times, and didn't show up to the call. I wonder if they are using AI to schedule these things. Thank you for wasting my time I guess.
Initial HR screening, followed by Hiring Manager and then two product craft interviews on separate days.
Overall great experience and great culture resonance shown by the interview panels through out.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Sep 2023
Interview
The recruiter was really amazing. He took care of the experience. I met the hiring manager and it went smoothly as well. The next two rounds were scheduled - one was for product strategy and customer success, The second is stakeholder management and execution. The first of the two was great where the interviewers asked specific questions. the second one the interviewers were very vague and I was not sure what they were expecting. It felt like a waste of time since they were pretty much-expecting answers of how they work.
