Multiple interviews with team, hiring manager, sr managers and business case presentation First approach and discussion with the recruiter, second with the team , then followed the business case presentation, then with hiring manager and final assistant ntervie with department director
The recruiter rescheduled the interview multiple times, and didn't show up to the call. I wonder if they are using AI to schedule these things. Thank you for wasting my time I guess.
Initial HR screening, followed by Hiring Manager and then two product craft interviews on separate days.
Overall great experience and great culture resonance shown by the interview panels through out.

The recruiter was really amazing. He took care of the experience. I met the hiring manager and it went smoothly as well. The next two rounds were scheduled - one was for product strategy and customer success, The second is stakeholder management and execution. The first of the two was great where the interviewers asked specific questions. the second one the interviewers were very vague and I was not sure what they were expecting. It felt like a waste of time since they were pretty much-expecting answers of how they work.
