Interview
The interview process consisted of three stages. In the first interview, I had an interview with a staff member. In the second interview, there was a brief online task (language test) before the interview. After the online task, the second interview took place, and it was conducted in a group format. Most of the interview was conducted in a role-playing format.

Quick and painless. there are some testing with literacy and language. After that, you will have a 1 on 1 with a team lead which lasts about 20-30 minutes. ask questions regarding previous roles in customer service. Communication from the interviewer was very good.
